Dear Care Customer,

We are Felicx, an independent customer experience organisation. Our purpose is to collect customer experience information on behalf of Care Providers and then provide de-identified insights and analysis back to the Care Providers so that they can improve their customer experience to you.

Currently we take feedback from Care Customers whose Care Provider is a client of Felicx. If your Care Provider is not a current client of Felicx, feel free to contact us to discuss how Felicx could provide assistance.

If you’ve been asked to participate in one of our surveys, or be interviewed by telephone or in person, we want to give you some extra information, so that you can feel confident giving us your feedback.

  1. Your privacy is important to us. We will never share your identified confidential information with a Care Provider without your permission. You can read about privacy here.
  2. The feedback you give us will not be identified and will be grouped with other customers to protect your identity.
  3. We are completely independent of the Care Provider. From time to time, we do enable Care Providers to ask their own additional questions, if there’s something specific they need to ask their customers, however, these questions will be separate and identified as such.
  4. If you have any difficulty answering the survey or if you want to talk to us about your feedback, you are always welcome to call
  5. Once you have completed your survey, we will provide analysed results to your Care Provider. It is your Care Provider’s responsibility to then share with you what insights they have gleaned from our work.  Please direct any questions about what your Care Provider learnt from  the survey directly to them.  We will always encourage transparency  and accountability, however, it is ultimately up to the Care Provider how and what summary feedback is provided to their Care Customers.
